I need to be sure I won’t loose all the photos and videos I have now in my iCloud Photos. I have / pay for the 2TB PLAN. Not sure Inyave to download all my photos and videos. Got a Warning that iCloud Photos has been DISABLE , and I got 28 days to download my photos and videos. Do I have to ?

Properly Downgrading iCloud:
1. Download All of iCloud, First:

2. Downgrade your iCloud Plan:
