I have 3 years warranty including hardware please let me know,
If that my logic board is faulty as after diagnosis, will I have to pay or I will get the logic board replaced free

If your warranty is still in force, then it's status is it's still in force and Apple will respect that. Depending on the exact nature of your extended warranty, you may have to pay a small deductible ... a small fee.

We are users; not Apple and cannot do this for you. I guess we can since you posted your serial number, but to me that's unethical. I'm surprised the moderators allowed the S/N to be posted. It's not really a good idea to do that on a worldwide public forum.
