Faulty silicon case

I went into Apple Store in Newcastle on Tyne yesterday and they told me to contact you to see if my case is covered under warranty

iPhone 13 Pro, iOS 17

Sorry, but if by "you," you are referring to is Apple, then you need to know that you are NOT talking directly to Apple employees here. We are just fellow Apple-product users trying to help others with this Apple products.


In this case, we have no means to assist you with this other than to tell you that you should contact Apple Support directly. To do so, simply select the "Support" link on the lower left-hand side of this forum's web page.


To help set your expectations, the Apple one-year warranty only covers manufacturing defects. That would mean that an Apple Technician would have to examine this case to determine if that type of defect is valid ... and, if that is true, then you should find that you can get a replacement for little or no cost to you ...


... however, if you already had a technician examine it, they should have made that determination there. Not sure why that is not the case here.
