PPPC - configuration not applying to macOS from Intune

Need your help on this. We are migrating from Jamf to Intune. When we configure PPPC-configuration profile and scope it to target device. However, Intune says it's installed. Upon checking in macOS under security & privacy, it's not been applied. Kindly advice.

I tried with custom XML, different settings, still it's not getting pushed.

Sometimes the Client stops working under Ventura, and we have to remove the app and reinstall it.
