Apple removed my credit card and all my subscriptions

I am traveling and I cannot seem to get any help fixing the issue which Apple appears to have created. Apple has removed my credit card and then cancelled all my subscriptions. Why? I need this issue fixed immediately. Please help!

Why does apple make it so hard for you to remove a credit card from you account Why is it so hard to delete a payment method and there is no one who to call of help with this. Its like apple is trying to make you leave your credit card so that can keep charging you. WTF!

Unfortunately, we are all other users and do not have access to accounts, so you need to deal with Apple; there appears to be a problem with your account.
