Can’t pair iPhone with inspire 3

Inspire 3 stopped syncing with iPhone 14. I tried the usual: restart both devices, delete and reinstall the app, disconnect from Bluetooth and retry to pair. Here a strange issue: Bluetooth will show it is still connected with Inspire 3 (although I previously marked forget this device) and it won’t give me any way to delete it from Bluetooth.

iPhone won't pair with Bluetooth device despite correct settings I have been on the phone with 4 different Apple advisors but no one can solve this issue. With my previous phones, the phone paired within minutes. It's been over 2 hours and still searching. All advisors say my settings are correct. Does anyone know why my next step should be?
