iPhone 13 will not retain pairing info with Ford Sync 3 following iOS 17 upgrade

My iPhone 13 prior to upgrading to iOS 17 was paired with my 2020 Ford Escape using Sync 3 tech. After upgrading to iOS 17, I have to re-pair my phone via bluetooth each time I get in the car. Has anyone else experienced this. If so, any solutions?
