iPhone 17 Pro Bluetooth fails with Ford MyFordTouch

I have a 2015 Ford F150 with Sync myfordtouch version 3.10. This has worked perfectly with my iPhone via bluetooth since I bought the Truck. I recently bought a new iPhone 17 Pro and it fails most of the time to connect via Bluetooth. I can reset the phone and Sync and it will work for a day or so and then quit again. I've talked to Ford and they have said this is a continuing problem with the new iPhones. Has anyone found a fix?

Thanks

B. J.

“Forget” the vehicle (and any prior vehicles) on your iPhone. Then forget the iPhones on your vehicle. Get out the vehicle manual and pair them again.

Perhaps a long shot:

Do you have a 3rd party VPN installed on your iPhone, even if you are not using it? If so, delete the VPN profile in Settings/General/VPN & Device Management/VPN, then restart your device. Don't just turn it off; delete the profile. Updates sometimes "break" VPN, and it needs to be removed. If that fixes it, you can try reinstalling VPN, but probably shouldn't.
