How can I found out what business account my iPhone 12 is registered with?

I am attempting to turn in my iPhone 12 in connection with a purchase of an iPhone 14 and was told my phone is registered to a business account. However, my former employer (I am retired) has confirmed to me this iPhone 12 is not registered with its Apple DEP program.

Apple ID on iPad from company selling pre set up solution I have a small business who sells a data system for companies. The system requires a iPad witch we sell pre set up iPad. With pre set up, I mean a iPad with some apps downloaded and configured. But what is the best way to handle the apple ID in such situations?
