I created a group chat from my iPhone that includes Apple users and also android users. There are about 15 people in this group chat and unfortunately things started to get ugly. I am the creator of the group chat and I need to know how to delete people from this group. The specific people are not able to delete themselves.

You don't, that option isn't available for group MMS, only group imessage.
Create a new thread and omit the users who don't want to be in it.
