Apple Watch keeps suggesting pool workout

i sometimes leisurely float in my pool. Before doing this I will put my Apple Watch in water mode. I have an Apple Watch 6. If I do any movements at all after doing this, my watch keeps bugging me to record a pool swim workout. How do I stop this alert? And if I do put it in pool swim mode and just lazily swim around it wants to end the workout and bugs me about it! What can I do? Is there a way to turn off these workout suggestion alerts?
