Remove a File Path from Smart Folder using Rules

I want to make a Smart Folder with audio files. I want to exclude all files that are from the Apple Music Folders, and some other folders as well.

Which rules would I add to do this?

I tried using Document Container and Where From, pasting in the file path and haven't been able to get this to work.

Thank you,

Dan

There aren't any "rules" for selecting a folder. None of the things that look like they could be are not.

If you create the search in a folder that does not contain the Apple Music folders, you won't get any results from those.

Sorry, I do not understand your answer. Maybe my question was not clear enough.

Let me rephrase my question:

I export a lot of audio files from various softwares. They get put into many different folders.

I wanted to do an advanced search of my entire file system to find files that are:

  • Audio files
  • Longer than ~20sec, shorter than ~8min (arbitrary lengths)
  • NOT from particular folders. One example is the iTunes library folders.

In the photo below, you will see that I have iTunes songs showing up in the search. I would like to exclude these files based on their location.

Is this possible?

Dan
