Does Apple TV A1427 model support Hulu?
Does A1427 model support Hulu and also I can not get the App Store to pop up on the main screen?

The A1427 model is a 3rd generation Apple TV.
Hulu stopped supporting that model a while ago.

It also does not support apps of any kind and as such has no App Store. It has server pushed channels. What you see, is what is available, and there is no way to add anything else to it.
