Where do the scans save?

I cant find scans that I took a few weeks ago. Do the scans save in notes, or directly to photos?

where my scanned documents will be available in ipad I have scanned a document from my iPad in auto mode. I kept the scan. But I couldn’t find it anywhere. Kindly tell where it will be available

Scanned documents disappeared I scanned over 30 separate documents in a single note and now I'm only seeing the first 8, despite them all being available/visible 2 days ago. It's like they completely disappeared from all devices.

scans are saved as PDF files in the Files App
