I am unable to create stations on Apple Music

Fr follow all the step and no results.Why pay for something if it won’t work?

I continue to have this exact same issue, “radio stations will not work on the music app on all devices (phone, macbook, iPad)”.

Those canned steps above also do not work for me.

NOTE: I found the radio stations work if I use Apple Music from a browser - Google Chrome.

would love to get a helpful answer to this issue.

I have tried all these steps and none of my stations are working

My apple radio stations all stopped working today and are only playing what I have downloaded but not my actual station! I just updated my system and still the error persists.

Thanks for the troubleshooting you did before submitting this message. It's helpful to know what was already done. We'd advise also checking the following things:

• Restart the device you're using (Restart your iPhone - Apple Support or Restart your iPad - Apple Support)
• Check that you are using the most current OS version (Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support)
• Test on another network, Wi-Fi or cellular. (Also make sure Cellular Data is enabled by going to Settings > Music > Cellular Data is turned on)
• Close and re-open Apple Music on your device (Close an app on your iPhone or iPod touch - Apple Support )

This has been happening to me for months now and it fixes it self but then it stops working again and it’s repeatedly. None of the troubleshooting works and i even reseted my phone and it still does this. I feel as though its an issue on the app not the phone

I’m having the same issue it started during my commute home. I’m so frustrated if this isn’t resolved I’m jumping to Spotify. How does such a basic functionality just stop working?
