I have an old iphone 8 that my mother in law is no longer using and I am trying to update it so my son can use it. I can't get into the phone as it says unable to activate. I have plugged into my computer and logged into my itunes, but the phone isn't recognized. When I tried to run diagnostics, the iphone isn't found.
