I purchased a season of MadMen. When I try to play it on my TV, via the AppleTV app, it does not acknowledge that I purchased the program. It sends me to the "purchase it now to watch" page. How do I get my TV to synch with my purchase?
Your purchases from the iTunes Store are linked to your Apple ID account. If you want to watch a purchased show on a different device, then you will need to sign in with that same Apple ID account. Then the purchases will be recognized and playable.

FYI: I didn't really have to do much-since I was logged in to my AppleTV app on the TV, I went to settings, and clicked on my account, it recognized me and hence the purchase.
