Resigned for Apple TV Plus on main tv, only to discover when attempting to resign on bedroom tv that Apple Plus Account was under an old email address (different Apple Id). I Just need to know how to delete the old email address (APPLE ID) and add the new (APPLE ID)

If you are using an app that is built into the smart tv, then you are going to want to navigate to the settings, and then the account settings. You should be able to sign out.
Each smart tv may have slightly different steps, but the process should be similar on all devices.
Once signed out, you should be able to sign back in with the new Apple ID.
