My home sharing on my tv is not working because my itunes apple id on my tv is tied to an old email and I do not know how to change it.

I do not. I should be able to change what the tv is tied to by updating settings somewhere, right? But my Apple account is quirky all around. Another example: I have a one subscription through my phone which gives me Apple TV. And my phone uses my current email. However, when I try to log into Apple TV on my Mac, it doesn’t allow me. Same email and same id. I’m so confused
