I currently have one email address that’s linked to my Apple ID information and it is not the same as the one used for HBO max in Apple TV. I am unable to change or edit the username. Is there a way that I can do that?
I got it to work by logging Apple TV out of Store under Users and Accounts, Default User. Then upon app download it will prompt you for Apple ID. Once downloaded it will then give you options for authenticating with Email on file, QR code etc. Store credentials are restored during download.
