I keep getting shocked on my IPhone 12. Now I have Reynauds syndrome

I bought an iPhone 12 through Verizon and it started shocking me and making my fingers hot so I took phone in and they took it back but basically told me only once. And was skeptical at that.

I have now had my replacement and since day 2 it's been doing same stuff. I've had it about 7 months. It doesn't do a light shock that has to do with static electricity. It zaps me. And now because I've been zapped so many times I try to not touch it or if so wrap it in a blanket.

I dread when it rings. And it's cracked now with exposed parts from me dropping it when I get shocked and the cover does nothing. And I can't afford a new one as I'm STILL paying on this on. I decided to hit up the community chat to see if I could find something similar there and get some answers. .

The cherry on top is my hands have truly suffered and I have just been diagnosed with Reynauds syndrome and I believe it from the shock levels of the phone.

Im seeing a doctor and I will be contacting Apple and Verizon, and begging them to exchange the phone, regardless of the parts exposed on the back and the sides from the droppings. I experience static electricity but the gist of the pain caused to my hands and all signs of permanent damage to them point to the phone. As I see numerous people have similar experiences I warn to stop using that phone before it does permanent damage to you.

And thank you everyone for your time. 🙏
