Merha, I can't buy the apple developer application in turkey right now, I keep getting different errors, what is the reason?

You will need a major payment card associated with the account and not gift cards or a balance, and need an email format and not a mobile number formatted Apple ID, and no add-on VPN client apps in use, and cannot be on any prohibited persons or prohibited organizations list or similar.
