Air pods pro causing ear infection.

Hello I have a common issue with Apple air pods or any apple headphones since the very 1st ear buds.

I am not sure if Apple knows about this. But I am having some kind of allergic reaction to the material from the airpods pro and it’s causing my ear to hurt no matter what. Now like I mentioned I had this issue before with other Apple related air pods. And simply give up as to it being the material. Now I wanted to try the airpods pro since the they have a silicone tip and usually I can use any other that has that. ( Power beats and others )

Now to my horror after having them for just under 1h my ear got that reaction again.

Now If anyone who has that issue knows an alternative I am a taker.

Plz I am only asking for an issue that’s an allergic reaction to that material. I do clean them and I only got them literally few hours ago. In the hope that I was gonna be fine with the silicone tips. Unfortunately not the case.

Thank you in advance if anyone has any tips for this issue i am having 🙌🏾

I had the same itching and irritation in my ear with using the AirPods Pro tips. I ended buying a Foam Master Memory Foam tip and that has been a life saver for me. My ears are back to normal again and I can finally use my AirPods without worry.
