Photos are not synching to my MacBook Pro.

My MacBook Pro stopped synching photos is May. My iPhone and iPad are both in synch. I have made sure the synch is on all devices. I have tried to airdrop and it doesn't work. I have looked on iCloud and the photos are there. How can I import from iCloud? I could not find the way to do that. I'm out of ideas.

Windows, Windows 10

You wrote "I made sure the synch is on all devices." Do you mean, you have enabled iCloud Photos on your Mac?

If yes, you may want to check, if you are opening your iCloud Photos Library in Photos and not a different library. You can see which library is opened in Photos, if you open the Photos > Preferences (or Settings), then click the "General" tab. At the top of the General tab is a button "Show in Finder". Has Photos opened your iCloud photos Library or a different library?

You can switch between libraries by quitting Photos and then double clicking the library you want to open.

If you are viewing your iCloud Photos Library, but the iCloud photos do not appear, check the status bar below the All Photos album. Does it show any problems? Check the status of your library in Photos for macOS - Apple Support

Which system version is running on your MacBook?

And where is your Photos Library stored?
