Email receipt
I purchased my iPad Pro from an Apple Store back in 2020
I opted for email Receipt.
but as I’m searching my email cannot find it!
is there anyway of my tracking this receipt?
or is it long gone ?

Always keep email receipts someplace safe - if needed, make a printed copy that you can keep safely in case it should be needed at a later date.
Like any form of electronic storage, saved email can be accidentally deleted or lost - either through accident or technical failure.
If having searched all your email folders for your missing email, should you not have a backup copy elsewhere, your only hope is to access your email Provider’s webmail portal - and see if your Provider has a deleted email recovery facility. If available, these are generally time-limited to 30-days or similar defined period.
