You will see a notification that you have an unknown display for one of two reasons:
If #1 is the case, you'll just need to live with the notification. It won't prevent you from using the phone. If you never had the display replaced, contact Apple for help getting it serviced. You can use the Support link at the bottom right of every page of these forums.

Just for clarification... I think the "Support button" is at the bottom left (using an iPhone) ... or also at the top right (using a computer).

Thanks! I've mostly stopped doing that. But it's a mistake I keep making since they move the link from the top right to the bottom left.
