Prevent Apple Music from Auto-launching when Bluetooth Headphones are Connected

Every time my Bluetooth headphones connect with my work laptop, Apple Music launches. Music doesn't automatically play, but it's super annoying that the music app launches and is in my face (and takes up processing power) every time I connect for a Teams meeting.

Apple Music is not set as an app that launches on startup. It only opens (unwanted) when I connect my bluetooth headphones, which is multiple times a day. This auto-open happens whether Apple Music is registered/authorized or not/deauthorized.

How do I stop this form occurring? The desired behavior is when I put my headphones on, they connect with the MacBook Pro and nothing else occurs. No program should auto open by default; Apple music should not open (not even in the background).

To be clear: How do I stop Apple Music from automatically launching every time my Bluetooth headphones connect with my MacBook Pro?
