Hi! Make sure your iPhone is updated to the latest version of iOS:

  1. Open Settings
  2. Tap General > Software Update
  3. Install the update, if it appears

Try restarting your iPhone as well:

1. Press and hold either volume button and the side button until the power-off slider appears.
2. Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off.
3. To turn your device back on, press and hold the side button (on the right side of your iPhone) until you see the Apple logo.

I hope this helps!

Hello I assume this issue has been resolved for you, but for anyone else reading this is what sorted it for me:

  1. Your IOS software needs to be the latest version.
  2. If you have the Phonak app, unless you absolutely need it, delete it. The app interferes with the Bluetooth connection. As soon as I removed the app and tried to connect my hearing aids again, it worked absolutely fine. You should be able to adjust your hearing etc in your accessibility in iPhone anyway.
  3. Forget your hearing aid device and re-connect. Sometimes deleting the app doesn’t always trigger the device to connect properly automatically so you need to repair.

Hope this helps :)
