Hi,
Yes. You an select the title clip in the upper timeline and Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste it anywhere in the timeline.

I'm having trouble envisioning exactly what you are describing. Could you post a screen shot of your iMovie project screen?
What I am envisioning is this:
If that squares with what you are doing, you can simply select the title icon and background and then Edit/Copy and then Edit/Paste, Paste, Paste, etc. You can re-edit the text of each clip by double clicking the title clip to bring up the blue colored text edit template.

Select all three at the same time. I think you hold down the Shift or command key as you select each one. Then Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste.

Thanks Rich but what I was asking is whether or not I can copy a title and text that I created. In other words, I chose a background and added a title and a piece of clip art. I can recreate the slide but there are 10 transitions. Much easier to edit the title for each slide.
Rich,
I can copy and paste the text. I can copy and paste the background. I can insert the anchor image. what I haven't figured out is how to copy and paste all three at the same time! Thanks for trying to help me.
Perfect! Thanks!
You are welcome. 😊
