Personal Hotspot menu item disappeared
After plan update on a business account, a few of us on the plan no longer see the Personal Hotspot menu item.

Hi! This may mean that your plan or carrier doesn't support Personal Hotspot. Contact your carrier/SIM provider to double-check what your plan includes and if they support Personal Hotspot. :)
If your iPhone is managed by an organisation using Mobile Device Management (MDM), Personal Hotspot may have been disabled. You should contact your administrator about this.
