I purchased a Ipad Pencil 2nd generation a while a go in a physical store, the staff in the store assist me to test the Pencil 2 in their Ipad Pro since I didn’t bring my Ipad Air 5. There in store it was working, but when I go home and finally try the Pencil 2 in my Ipad Air 5. Can the be the reason why it is not working on my ipad air 5 is it because it doesn’t got disconnected to the Ipad pro in the store?

The previous pairing to the iPad Pro in the store, should not prevent it from being detected and paired by the iPad Air.

The picture shows it's not completely attached. Make sure the flat side of the pencil completely touches the magnetic strip on the iPad. It should snap into place. You should be able to let go of the pencil, and it should remain attached.
Was it left discharged for a long time?
If it's newly purchased, go back to the store with your iPad, and see if they can help you out. The Pencil may have developed a fault and may actually need to be replaced.
It should automatically appear on screen, and unfortunately there is nothing you can do to force it.

It can’t connect to my Ipad Air 5th Gen.
I actually did everything I could, restart my Ipad 5x already, I even updated it to the lastest 16.6 IOS, and I already check if my Ipad and Pencil is aunthetic and it is.
