If you didn’t authorize the payment, you can file a dispute with the source of the funds for the transaction. Cash App approved the fraudulent transaction, not Apple. Apple was the merchant, they delivered the product that Cash App approved.


When you contact Cash App again, ask for a supervisor or ask to escalate your dispute.
