If you cannot find your purchase, it may be that this was an unauthorized purchase by someone else, in which case you should contact your bank and request new credit cards immediately.

That just means you are no longer going to be able to use the App Store to download any apps and possibly not be able to even update the apps you have.

It is your purchase history that will show you what items were purchased with your Apple ID.

• If someone else knows your Password, change it.
• If someone else knows the Passcode to your device, change it.
• If you have a subscription to a service, cancel it.

It looks like 2 out of the 5 screenshots you posted were declined. You will continue to see the attempt to bill your payment until it is finally processed. Use your purchase history to match up with the charges you see.

As Mac Jim ID mentioned, Apple reserves the right to revoke your access to their services, including the App Store, if they are not receiving payments. They may soon even revoke your ability to download or update apps.
