Scratch Marks/Spots on new MacBook Air M2 model

So I had purchased this Mac only few months back and have been using it with utmost care till date. But today I noticed that when I was about to shut the laptop, clear scratches/spots were visible.

These are not visible when the Mac is on. This laptop has never been misused nor the screen has been scratched intentionally. I am worried it may cause issues with the screen as this is a brand new Mac. Kindly help me with a solution to my problem. Thank You All!
