iPhone 12 giving me eye strain, headaches and nauseous

I had an iPhone 12 a few years ago & after a day was getting eye strain headaches & felt nauseous. I did some research & it was down to the phone so I had a iPhone 11 instead & no problems. As i have had the 11 for a while but it seems i am at the end of the line with iPhones unless any improvements have been made with newer ones iPhones?

iPhone 12 causing eye strain/ migraines I just upgraded from the iPhone 8 to the 12 and I cannot get used to this.. what is so different in the screen that is making me sick, I can barely focus on it and it’s causing migraines. I really wish I hadn’t of upgraded now 🥺

iPhone 16 pro max causing me blurry vision? I JUST got my iPhone 16 pro max today, after using an s24 ultra, then an s25 ultra. I never had any issues at all the ENTIRE time using any phones for the last 10 years, today, when getting my iPhone, I was on it for less than 10 minutes and it’s causing blurry vision, does anyone know why? If so, what settings can possibly fix this? If it can’t be fixed I’ll have to return it because I can’t have this happen.. it’s not just basic “eye strain” as when i go back to my s25 ultras screen, it takes a second to readjust, but my eyes will go back to normal after a bit and I’m good. Has anyone ever heard of this happening or have any advice for this??? I tried looking it up and can’t find anything on the topic at all. Thanks
