Mail New folders
When I setup a New Folder for my emails on my iPhone 13, shortly after it removes it self. I have removed a few folders and emails as someone suggested, but it still hasn’t worked.

Troubleshooting eMail Folder Auto-Deletion:
A. Start with a Restart:
Go Here: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support
B. Try a New App Password:
Try creating a new App Password. Your App Password may need to resync - something typical after update installations. You would log in using that password, rather than your Gmail password. See if it then works. For Example: Sign in with App Passwords - Google Account Help - Google
