Does MacBook's hinge get stiff in cold temperature?

I have a MacBook Air M1, its hinge got stiff right when cold days started. Basically the hinge resists at the start, both while opening and closing, but gets smoother after that. Does that happen to your MacBook? It still is in warrenty, should I go to the store?

Get this Serviced:

When put under cold temperature, and there is humidity, then the bezel may expand, making the hinge become stiff. Apple does not cover intentional damage (no that this is). So, yes, take this to your local Apple Store. There, it will be evaluated, and you'll be provided with your options.

Facing the issue right now, for the past 4 days. Not sure what's the issue ‘Winter’, ‘Dust’. It doesn't make any noise. It's just stiff. Let me know if the issue is resolved for you.

Stiff Computer:

Any bulges ? There may be corrosion causing this to occur.

Keeping this at Room Temperature:

I would recommend keeping it out of direct sunlight and out of the corner of a room or desk. Place it atop laptop cooler and then place it in a laptop case for safe keeping.
