I opened my new macbook for a few minutes and when I changed the angle it would freeze and I couldn't use it with one hand like normal. I searched internet and they said it was due to the temperature.
if i keep changing the angle it will go back to normal after 30 minutes then it will go bad again

That is not normal, assuming the Mac is being used in an environment within its operational temperature limitations:

Even beyond those limits, it strikes me as abnormal, and you should arrange for Apple to inspect it. Don't force the lid to open or close. It should operate with one hand as you describe.

my macbook is m4 and my country is cold. and i cant take it to the official store( my coutry have not 1). i don't need to open it with two hands but opening it with one hand requires a lot of force
