Apple made your iPhone. They don't control the websites you visit, nor what those websites may display to your phone. If you don't like the Temu ads, avoid visiting the sites which present them to you. Apple has nothing to do with this at all. Expecting them to be able to change something they cannot control is not going to happen.

You have no control over what websites broadcast from advertisers. Look at the websites you visit which broadcast Temu ads and stop visiting those sites.

Apple doesn't have the authority to "regulate" what ads websites run. And being annoying isn't illegal.
