how to delete safari web app

I've noticed a prompt suggesting that I open the page in a web app. While I initially created a web app through Safari, I later discovered that it had multiple drawbacks, making it unsuitable for my needs. As a result, I find the prompt to be quite bothersome.

There are two Applications folders. One at the top level on your hard drive - that's the one you're looking at. There's another in your User folder (named whatever your user account is). The web apps are in the second one... took me a few minutes to find it.

Hello vaclav208,

To delete a web app just go into the Applications folder in Finder, find the one you want to remove then drag it to the Trash in the Dock. After that, empty the Trash to permanently delete it.

Delete files and folders on Mac

There isn't any place that would show a list of all the web apps, you would just look around your Applications folder to see them all.

Use Safari web apps on Mac

Cheers!
