Watch 6 haptics not working

After updating to 9.6 my watch 6 vibration is not working properly. Is anyone having same issues ?

I haven't seen it reported here.

A simple restart of both Watch and iphone can fix a lot of strange behaviour after an update.

Make sure that Haptics/Vibration is not turned off in Accessibility settings in either device.

Haptic turned on both on Iphone and Watch. Have tried restarting the device and unpair still the same
