I am running iOS 16.6 on my iPhone XR. I have just noticed an item called "Qatar-Alert" at the bottom of the list of Apps in Settings / Notifications. (See photo attached.) Does anyone know how it got there - and how I can remove it? Note that I have never lived in Qatar, and this iPhone was not purchased there. Thanks

If you have installed any apps related to Qatar (e.g., news, travel, etc.), the notification you see might be from that app. Check your app notifications for relevant information.
I also have the same mystery item. I can only speculate about why. I spent some hours at Doha Airport in Qatar, I seem to remember I had to install some certificate in order to use internet there. This might be the reason.
