i could not icloud in my mobile and no backup has been done since Feb 2023

Not able to use iCloud on my iphone, so no backup nor anything related to iCloud could be use i.e. basic backup unable since Feb 2023. The mobile has prompt "To use iCloud on this iphone, you must accept the new Terma and Conditions. But whenever I try to accept, it just prompts e "Verification Failed" There was a problem connecting to server. However, I have been using all other apps and functions in mobile using server without any connecting issue. Hence, I have subscribed to iCloud+ but not able to use till now August. Kindly advice what can I do? Thank you!
