Boookmarks coming back when i delete them

I downloaded an app called, Themify and I used it so it can decorate my phone including changing the icons of my apps. When I first started the app and chose the theme for my phone that I like most. When I set everything up, they asked me to give permission for VPN and device management. I decided the next day that I didn't really like the way it looked so I went to VPN and device management management and removed the downloaded profile from Themify. Then I proceeded to delete all the icon bookmarks. After that my phone died and when I charged it I noticed all the bookmarks that I deleted came back. I noticed that every time my phone restarts, dies or shuts down, the old icons come back. Can someone please help me, I've been dealing with this for a week straight.
