Keep getting error message running out of application memory. I have force quit applications. I’ve gone and empty the cache memory. Restarted the computer and still getting the error message about application memory.

Restart your MacBook.
This is the first thing you should try. Restarting your Mac clears the cache and other temporary files and gives back disk space used as virtual memory. Go to the Apple menu and click Restart.
Yes we have restarted the Mac several times including a hard restart. The warning application memory pops up again. We have force stopped all running programs and even gone in and cleared cache memory both ~/Library and /Library, still warning pops up. 🤔
