iPhone data and family data has been hacked

How can Apple protect my account and information My phone, my data, and my family's data have been hacked My information and data have been tampered with Email has been hacked My phone authentication software has been hacked I want to know who can do this who has the power and authority to do Like that, everything on my phone has been modified, and shortcuts have been made to give my phone commands, and the phone has been self-locked, and a parallel device has been added to my iPhone. Who can do that? I want to open an investigation at the highest level, and I can help through one of my relatives, who is American Nationality and a resident of New York if needed
