I am trying to get my iCloud email app back on my phone, but when I type in my information (email and password) and hit “NEXT”, it thinks for a minute then just goes right back to the screen where it asks for my email and password. My information is correct when I enter it, because I tried entering another password, and it told me it was invalid. If I enter the correct information, it just really does nothing.

There is no iCloud email app, there is just the Mail app.
Ensure Mail app is installed on your phone.
Then in iPhone Settings, [your name], iCloud, (show all) ensure Mail is turned on and that is all you need to do.
