Transferred data from one iPod touch to another one

I have an iPod touch, 7th Generation that I bought back in 2020. A couple weeks ago I bought another iPod Touch 7th Generation. When I transferred all my data etc to the new one, I ended up with this message on my original iPod touch (see pictures below). I still want to use both. But does this mean I will lose data on the one I transferred everything from (the one from 2020)? Also as you can see, I have the 50GB plan so I’m not sure why I am even getting a message about losing free storage on my original iPod. Any help would be appreciated!
