Outlook push notifications do not work

Outlook’s push notifications do not work on my iPhone (13 Pro Max). I have notifications set on immediate delivery in the settings and Outlook’s settings also are set on for the email accounts in question. Yet I receive no notifications whatsoever. This problem has persisted for a while now. Any ideas on how to fix this?
