Apple campus leader(campus rep)

I'm from India and I want to become an apple campus leader(campus rep).

I need assistance for this program like what is the application deadline, requirements and eligibility, process of selection and benefits or perks of program?

Is it compulsory to have an apple product to apply and get selected for this program?
